We have a couple lengthy CVL's where quite often I want to quickly check which values have been selected.
It would be a big timesaver if (in front of the search-bar?) there could a be tickbox "show selected" or something similar for a quick evaluate of the current selection....

In my opinion, all selected values should be sorted on top for easy access. Then the unselected values should be listed underneath in their correct sort order

We see a need that would be really good usability and that should be very general;
When you have an attribute with CVL, it would be a great value that the CVL values that are selected are shown first in the dropdown and after that the other CVL values come in sorting according to the index of the CVL.
See screenshot, now it is very difficult to see which of the 27 treatments are selected and to be able to cross off any of them.
You can of course solve in many ways. And the ones I can think of are:
the selected ones are shown at the top, and after them the ones that are not selected are shown.
or that there is a small icon next to the magnifying glass that filters out only the selected ones.
This ticket is getting my vote - if I had not found it I would have made a post on it myself:
It is needed that users can easily select 'Show all selected' in a CVL. How else will they get an overview of the selected?
Scrolling in the CVL to see all selected is tedious and should be made more smart. See attached screenshot - how is the user going to get an overview of which 144 are selected in the list of 741?
Adding to the previous comments: Having the option to list the selected in the top would be nice. However, I also see the need for the CVL/list to stay in alphabetical order in some cases - so it should be optional per CVL.
Maybe it could be an optional setting on the CVL set in CC. Setting: 'Selection in top' and 'alphabetical order' which bypasses the index-settings on the CVL values - and/or perhaps it could be set/ selected in the CVL editor.
I see the post started in 2021 and it currently has status 'likely to be implemented'. I hope it will be soon 🤞It would really improve the process of working with CVLs in inriver if you are able to see the selected values in a CVL.
