Environment copying should change the environment name

After inriver have copied an environment, the name of the environment (Settings -> SERVER_NAME) should be changed immediately by inriver. The name could be environments original one, or a partner could specify a new name.

This would be a small step for inriver but it would prevent potential data loss problems.

Now, when copying production to test, the result is two "productions" from user point of view. It is quite possible that some users will accidentally log on to a wrong system and make changes (that will be missing form the real production) before a partner has time to react and change the environment name.
