Change favicons for CC and Dashboard

Who would benefit?

inriver users working with CC and dashboards especially in more environments

What impact would it make?

improve quality of life when using inriver

How should it work?

CC should have a black favicon since it's black. Dashboard should have white/orange color favicon because it's not black

Why is it needed?

Because it's confusing to work with when working with browser tabs. I would usually click black favicon tab because I have it associated with blackness of control center. I end up clicking back and forward to find the tab I'm looking for.

I think it's not just me because I have similar feedback from client users :)
