Ability to see if there are entities with an extreme number of outbound links, either in a dashboard widget or in an api call

Who would benefit?

Currently, users are "blind" when it comes to insights for misuse of outbound links, for example if a user added 100k Items to a Task, or if a link rule in a channel node goes beyond performance limits.

What impact would it make?

Ability to actively change or cleanup data that is hurting the performance, or finding misuse of the system.

How should it work?

REST API call to return top 10 entityids of a certain entity type, based on a count of outbound links.
