Notifier for Long Running Jobs

What impact would it make?

Awareness when Long Running Jobs ar finished, to make my work more efficient.

How should it work?

When a long running job, initiated by me (I ran a Syndication, I ran a excel data export, or unlinked a lot of child entities), is finished, I want an alertify.js notification telling me that the job has finished which also includes a link to the job (download file, get report or other).

Do not include jobs that are triggered by the system or an extension.

The notification should be available for 10 seconds before it is hidden automatically.

Why is it needed?

Today, there is friction in efficiency, as the user manually need to click on the LRJ dropdown every now and then to check if the job is finished.
