Content Store PDF - Introduce "inriver-pdf-reduce-page-count-from-end" to Content store templates

In order to make footer on the last page of a generated page to stay at the bottom of the page you have to add a additional empty page and then remove it according to this guide:

This is not a possible technique for Content Store templates since the functionality of the meta tag "inriver-pdf-reduce-page-count-from-end" is not implemented. This creates a Content store PDF with a last page that is empty and badly formatted which is not ideal.

In order to save headaches and increase parity and documentation compatibility between Enrich- and Content Store templates, the functionality for the meta tag "inriver-pdf-reduce-page-count-from-end" should be introduced to Content Store templates.
