Who would benefit? |
The workflow creators would benefit from being able to setup the workflow conditions and manage building up the parameters that should be the basis from the exit criteria for a workflow assignment within the workflow configurator. |
What impact would it make? |
Managing this as queries will generate a LOT of queries that needs to be managed and it will be hard to keep track of them and understand what workflow query to use for an assignment. It requires a consistent naming convention to work at all. |
How should it work? |
Make it possible to setup the parameters that should be used as the exit criteria for a workflow assignment inside of the workflow configurator so that you don't need to context switch when setting up the assignment. When you have the parameters available it will also be easier to see and understand how the assignment is setup. |
Why is it needed? |
Currently when its managed as queries in Enrich you need to context switch and move over to enrich to be able to see how the exit criteria is setup. You also need to context switch when you are setting up an assignment to create a query if its not already prepared. This gives a bad UX and takes longer time to work with than necessary. |
