CVL Export contains CVL Key header when only CVL Values are Export

How should it work?

When a locale CVL is exported, with the setting 'CVL Values' as opposed to CVL Keys and Values or just CVL Keys, there is nevertheless a CVL Key column that is export. For example, FoodCertification, along with FoodCertification_nl, FoodCertification_en, et al.

This is confusing to the end user, who is only expecting CVL values to be export. From support, we heard that its possible this was put in place to show that the field was indeed export in the case that there were no values, but in our opinion, the end user would be better served by only outputting the CVL Value fields, as was specified, and outputting them null if there is no data.

Why is it needed?

This will reduce confusion for the end user.
