Track user activity

What impact would it make?

Be able to be more of assistant for the end-user to work properly with inriver.

How should it work?

Monitor tab in the control Center with a filtering option on every existing user and see:

How many times they log in per week/year/day.

Activity; what changes have they made.

How long a user was active in IPMC.

Why is it needed?

for direct user managment, but also to

  1. Monitor if inriver is used as intended.

  2. Help end-users accept a new way of working with a PIM platform. (change management).

  3. better finetuning for permissions per user groups or specific users if needed.


user activity can be monitored in one or different graphics, but also in a table with all actions, events and times.


risk is compliance and privacy.

    I was thinking something very similar to this but to put it on the dashboard - kind of like a way to allow users to compete with each other on enrichment. Obviously a down side of this is false or bad enrichment just to move the needle, but if we can restrict this to certain levels or roles it could be helpful for others to see and not give them the control center.
