Track user activity

Who would benefit?

admin, managers, implementation partner.

What impact would it make?

Be able to be more of assistant for the end-user to work properly with inriver.

How should it work?

Monitor tab in the control Center with a filtering option on every existing user and see:

How many times they log in per week/year/day.

Activity; what changes have they made.

How long a user was active in IPMC.

Why is it needed?

for direct user managment, but also to

1. Monitor if inriver is used as intended.

2. Help end-users accept a new way of working with a PIM platform. (change management).

3. better finetuning for permissions per user groups or specific users if needed.
