As a control center user, when clicking "Recalculate" on "Completeness", I want to be able to see if the Completeness has started running and how long it will take to finish running, so that I know it is working and when I can expect to see the updated values in the PIM |

The variability factors in the processing of a recalculate depend on the number of entity instances, the number and complexity of the completness rules, and other jobs that are running at that time. The ability to provide an accurate SLA would be hampered by many other factors in the system. There is other work being performed on Completeness Rules that should speed up the processing overall to make this request less relevent.
