Syndication - Make it possible to schedule a syndication on a Monthly cadence

Who would benefit?

It's currently possible to setup a scheduled Syndication on a weekly basis. For our use case that is too often and we would prefer to have the option to select a Monthly cadence as our data is not changing that frequently.

What impact would it make?

This would reduce the number of syndications that are sent to our endpoints so that we are not spamming them when it's not necessary.

How should it work?

Add the option to select a monthly cadence to the screen where you setup the schedule for the syndication.

Why is it needed?

This would reduce so that we can send new data on a cadence that is more matching our needs as data is not changing that frequently.
