Primary features would be hightlighted with color or bold,italic,underline to stand out in UI from secondary features in the list |

To clarify, which feature values are primary and which ones are secondary or complimentary |
Additional feedback, background or context: The easies way to do this would just add a check box in the Control Center within the CVL list, which feature values you would like to "Highlight". Then the appearance in UI would be as pre-defined color or other way mentioned.
