Who would benefit? |
All users who want control over their events |
What impact would it make? |
Don't need to ask support for help every time you want to delete large amount of specific event. |
How should it work? |
Being able to search and apply in the filter (think Excel filter) to find events with a specific message that you might want to delete or look how many events of a certain kind there is. |
Why is it needed? |
To be able to manage and control your own environment without InRiver support. |
Additional feedback, background or context:
An example we had today. A certain field got automatically updated and generated 30 000 events in a sea of "normal" events. We wanted to find these events and delete them from the queue (since they were wrong/useless), which we needed Inriver support to help us with. With this solution we could have solved it ourselves in 1 minute.
