Control Center Model app optimizations

This is a continuation of another post with the same name - for some reason I couldn't comment on that one.

I'd like to suggest a few Quality of Life changes to the Model app, as the current workflow is neither user friendly, nor intuitive.

1. Easier access to the category overview. Having to click on a random entity type, just to click a random category, in order to finally view all my categories, is not a user friendly and intuitive solution.

2. Add the field type id to the field type (expanded) view. It is easier to identify the correct field type based on the unique key, rather than the display name.

3. Please, for the love of all that is holy, don't reload the entire page every time we make a change. If this is strictly needed, at least let us keep various settings like page size, page number we were on, and the sorting we were using. Having to delete multiple records in a row is quite tedious, when everything keeps being reset.

4. if not 2, then another solution could be to let us customize which columns we would like to see.

5. Add the category id to the category drop-down when editing a field type. We need the unique key, not the display name - at minimum we need both, as the display name can be the same across multiple categories. The unique key will always be... unique.
