Add the ability to update resource sequence via an Excel Import

How should it work?

1. Export existing Product/Item Data with Resource as a Related Entity to Excel.

2. Update sequence in Excel.

3. Upload the revised Excel file to inriver.

4. When viewing the resources inside Enrich, the sequence reflects the updated Excel file.

Why is it needed?

This will make the process of updating the resource sequence much faster.
