Allow Boolean values to be viewed in different languages

Who would benefit?

1. Users that have employees that work in languages other then English

2. Website displays will appear in the correct language without additional coding

3. Simplifying loading data from ERP systems, so that if a value is boolean in the erp it comes in as the same data type instead of being modified to a lcale string cvl

What impact would it make?

If the user has their data and model language as anything other then English it will display properly
