How: Allow users to be notified if there is an anomaly in jobs execution and offer them an option to unblock jobs by themselves.
Why: Without notification, it can take several days to detect a syndication that is no longer running, and when detected we need to contact support to unblock the job which adds delays to the resolution process.
For Who: For users responsible for managing syndications.
Impact: This will improve users' confidence in the platform/Syndicate App which will help them to react quickly if any scheduled syndication have an issue and enable to remedy the situation themselves.
