Allow Inspire to get manufacturer data from the web

How: Allow inspire to either use internal content or external across the web to generate text

Why: Some products have little to no information to build content off of in our PIM

For Who: Distributors that do not always have a manufacturer that supports digital

Impact: would be able to improve product titles and other content with unvalidated data
