Override Field Delete when Field is used in WorkAreas

What: Allow for the deletion of field even if used in a WorkArea. This can be an override after being warned of the situation.

How: Add an override to Field Delete, that continues with the delete process even if the field is used in a Work Area.

Why: Current state does not allow you to delete a field if it is used in ANY personal or shared WorkAreWork area.

For Who: For Control Center users

Impact: Allows for the clean up and maintenance of the data model. Otherwise you can never delete a field that used in personal Work Areas.

Additional context:

Current state gives an error when attempting to delete Delete a field that is used in the any WorkArea, personal and shared.

Ex: We are cleaning up a Data Model and attempting to delete 100 unused fields. A few fields are used in many work areas, some >100 WAs. I cannot delete these fields at all - I will need to ask each user to remove the field from their workareas. I would like an override to continue with the delete, otherwise we will never be able to delete the field.
