Ability to copy field setup in Control Center

How: Ability to copy existing field to create a new field.

Why: If you have an existing field with all the correct fieldsets selected and you just need to create a new field it is easier to copy than to go through all the settings one by one and select what you need

For Who: Admins

Impact: Huge time savings on system setup

Additional context: I spend more time trying to ensure I have all the correct fieldsets selected than if I was able to copy and make updates to the new attribute before saved.
