Allow customization of the left-hand navigation bar in the new UI

In the new UI, the main navigation bar is located on the left side of the screen. While the existing items (Dashboard, Import, Enrich, Plan & Release, Supplier Onboarding) are useful, there is currently a significant amount of empty vertical space in the navigation area.

At the same time, many commonly used modules or views are only available under the “More” menu, which requires additional clicks and slows down daily work.

Providing the ability to customize which items appear directly in the navigation bar would greatly improve usability and speed for users who frequently move between different parts of the system.
