Remove scroll animation when jumping category (New UI)

How: When jumping category in the detials Tab in the new UI please delete the scrolling animation, but immediately go to the top of the choosen Category

Why: Jumping to a specific category is a) save time and b) to refrain from scrolling all the way down or up. Now it still animate these actions, which are not efficient and not easy for the eyes

For Who: all users of the Details tab in combination with jumping

Impact: More direct way of dealing with jumping to the correct section (the user already know here to) and making in it more easy for the eyes then seeing it still scrolling up and down.
