Hownow - Internal Admin access

How: Ability to see assigned users training progress and able to assign further training.

Why: As a team leader there's certain courses and training that i want to be sure users complete prior to other milestones.

For Who: Leaders and users

Impact: Allow better visibility and manageability.

Additional context:

We are just starting the implementation process and prior to entering calls with Inriver around discovery and development i want users to have a better understanding of what the system does and what's possible. Some of the users have never used a PIM before or systematic product/workflows.
