NEW UI: icon switch workarea (re-introduce)

How: re-introduce icon to switch to other workarea (split view)

Why: when using split view (e.g. when linking entities), most of the time we need switching between them regularly. Now it has multiple clicks, in the old UI it had a dedicated icon. It seems there is enough space and it can only be shown when split view is activiated.

For Who: everybody using split view

Impact: much easier to work with splitview
