Add LastLinkedEntity function

How: Add a new function LASTLINKEDENTITY

Why: If I want to fetch an Item related attribute in a Product record, it fetches the values form the first / oldest related item. In our model that could be an old delisted sku which is no longer actively maintained.

Fetching data via the "LastLinkedEntity" should then give me the latest linked / highest index entity for the given LinkType.

For Who: ExprEngine users

Impact: More flexibility in which value can be retrieved from a linked entity.
