End/stop content onboarding imports

How: Be able to end a content onboarding import like how it can be done with legacy imports

Why: I have an import stuck at 50% and no way of ending it

For Who: People using content onboarding

Impact: Very useful for occasions like this or where the data being added has an issue that needs to be stopped if caught during the import
