Manage sidebar panel options

How:

Why: Seems like a lot of wasted space on the side panel

For Who: All users

Impact: Make it easier for users to find the tools that they use often

Additional context: The sidebar has 5 options then loads of space then the "More" button. Can we not move the options in "More" to the main side panel. I agree its good to be able to hide ones not commonly used but can we as the customer have the ability to manage what is shown here as then inriver doesn't need to assume what would be useful to show here.

It would be even better if different users could manage what is shown here however I would take a control center setting for everyone over no ability to customise it.
