Export Double values with comma delimiter

What impact would it make?

How should it work?

I have found that you are unable to export values with a comma as delimiter for my values in the field type double.

I tried exporting the value 0,32 and it exports the value as 0.32.

I found this old post that hasn't been updated in 2 years. I do not find a solution myself, any tips or tricks?
