Retain "Expand view" toggle when switching between entities

How: Once "Expand view" has been clicked for one entity, keep it expanded for all entities until it has been clicked again

Why: As a user I'll know if the view has been expanded. I don't always need to see that side panel and theres more information being shown on the screen for entity views so being able to toggle hiding it is really useful as it cleans up the screen. Having to click it every time for viewing entities is not ideal

For Who: Main enrich users

Impact: less clicking and less clutter on screen
