Collapsible workflow graph

Offer the ability to collapse or hide the graph option on the workflow screen and just show the entity's assigned to the workflow? ( as it was previously.)

Why: currently impossible to check whether a workflow assignment has been completed on smaller screens, devices.

For Who: All users.

Impact: make it possible to check whether a workflow assignment has been completed on laptop.

Additional context: Recent workflow history interface changes now shows graphs with the actual product groups squeezed at the very bottom of the screen, which I can't see at all on a laptop. Making it impossible to check whether a workflow assignment has been completed.
