Channel Toggle LockDown

When in Plan & Release, and clicking into the channel, the new toggle is very easy to accidentally toggle on or off. We had a team member unknowingly/accidentally toggle our Master channel off, which resulted in none of our exporters running. I'm actually not even sure where this option was in the old UI, but must not have been so easy to accidentally click. We've since remedied, and alerted our team members to be careful around the toggle.
