Add "Pending Deletions" screen in Control Centre

Following from this question that I asked https://community.inriver.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/6904375782556-Pending-Deletions

Can we have a view of these Pending Deletions so that we know that they are progressing?

I'd like it to appear with the "Locks" page and rename "Locks and Deletions". It would be good to have a breakdown of the numbers by entity type if possible. It would be exceptional to have an exportable list of the names of the entities.
