Increase visibilty that a "mass update" is already running or queue mass updates

This functionality has changed a while back and its now hard to discover that a mass update is running. Previously the user was presented with a warning, and unable to start the mass update. Now this is very hard to understand. Once pressing "Start update" you expect the update to actually start, instead you are presented with a message in the same font, size and look as the regular "Mass update has started - Status listed in the Jobs menu." message.

Please make the "warning" more clear.

Preferably I would like the mass updates to be queued and ran one after the other, so that the users would not need to think of this.
