Query editor - "Created By:" should work as CVL

When using the Query Editor to and adding a condition for Created By or Modified By it should behave like any other CVL meaning it should have:

- Filterable list so you can easily find the user that you are looking for

- Being able to multi select

- Choosing Contains Any or Does NOT contain Any instead of Equals/not Equals to support multiple options selected.
