Contribute portal app | Message notification for duplicate files

There is a need: When suppliers upload a file with the same name, it should display an informative message to them, and they should not be able to save it in order to avoid duplicate files. This way, we can avoid receiving a message error on our end.

    This is functionality that will be considered and to be added for future versions of Content Onboarding when the supplier dimension will be added, ie when PIM external users will be able to upload data and interact with the PIM admins.
