Excel Import - Status History and Reporting - Detail For Admins

Many inriver users have the ability to import data into inriver. This brings up a point of visibility to administrative users and partners alike.

User story

As an Admin I should have the ability to see, monitor, and download any import run on the system including not only the original file but also the import report.

Why?

• To provide visibility of all system activities to the admin assisting in understanding system load.

• Full visibility of the imports and changes occurring to data and historical records

• Handle employee departures. As time passes people join and leave a company, it is important that I be able to retrieve imported or errored data processed by the Excel import for both active and inactive users of the system.

How

From either the control center or front end it would be nice as an admin to have a view of the imports done over a given set of time for all users of the system. Listing of all imports, the username of the import user, the status and progress of the import, ability to download the data file submitted, upon completion ability to download the import report, start time, end time, and elapsed time of all import jobs.
