How should it work? |
I (as an inriver consultant and admin in the customers setup) cannot adjust roles on my colleagues (Administrator) should the need arise and a role/segment needs to be added or removed on all Users. Apparently only the partner admin or the partner/consultant themselves can adjust the roles on their user. This is ineffective, especially in a setup using segments where new segments are onboarded in a sequence and therefore roles on users are adjusted multiple times / as needed. All Administrator (inriver partners / consultants) should be able to update the users. This is not a partner admin responsibility. |
Why is it needed? |
We need all inriver consultants to be able to add and remove roles on all Users - we should be able to take care of it when the need arises and not having to push and wait for Partner Admin to take care of it. |
