Who would benefit? |
Administrators, User Managers |
What impact would it make? |
Review user activity closely and potentially identify inactive users |
How should it work? |
In Control Center -> User list, include additional column showing when was the user logged in successfully in to Web Portal/Control Center. |
Why is it needed? |
As Administrator, I do not have an idea how many users are no longer using the system. |
Additional feedback, background or context:
Here are two user stories I need yesterday:
As a product owner, I need to know the date an account was created and when it was last active, so that I can fulfill auditing obligations and not get chewed out by my legal team.
As a product owner, I need to export out a list of all users, including emails, roles, last active, account created date, so I can share the list with auditing teams.
Thanks for the input, we are in progress to add creation and activation dates for users in Control Center. Your suggestion fits as an "extension" to this. I will put this to the Control Center improvement backlog.
