Remove Bin symbol for non admin

What we would like to do is to remove the bin symbol for all roles that do not have the permission to delete anything. Or if not possible, have a pop up that says, “Your role does not allow you to delete resources, please contact an Administrator”. |

Sorry for my late reply to your product idea!
Do you know if there is an extension built to prevent these users from deleting specific entity types? Is the use case that they should be able to delete some types of entities but not others?
If a user doesn't have the permission DeleteEntity on any of their roles they should not see the bin icon in the entity toolbar. If they have the DeleteEntity permission to be able to delete some entity types but not all, and there is an extension that prevents this, I can understand if they still see the Bin-icon and then I understand your request. Can you clarify if this is the case?
