Media enhancement-Enable users to export the data for selected media assets to an Excel spreadsheet directly from the Media tab in Enrich

Who would benefit?

Content specialist users have a need to export data about media to Excel, so that they can review the data about many media assets (from the resource entity) in one go, to make sure that they can find media assets that are missing data in an easy way.

What impact would it make?

This would make it much easier to export the data for the media assets (resource entities) for a specific entity). Currently you can do this by 1) going to the Includes tab to the Resource section 2) Choose the open in Work area option in the context menu 3) Choose select all in the work area 4) Choose "Export to excel" in the work area context menu.

This is not an intuitive way to get the media asset data exported and involves a lot of clicks and a deeper understanding.

How should it work?

It should be possible to select the media assets that you are interested in from the Media tab in Enrich and select to export the selected entities. The same excel export modal is showing as when exporting from the work area with the Resource entity type selected and its possible to select what fields to export about the resource entity.

Why is it needed?

Users need to export Resource entity data to be able to review the data about the media assets.
