Brand Store content to be filtered by the user role

Anyone who wants a store which shows different content depending upon the role of the user

e.g. internal users see all content and external users see only purchasable content.

What impact would it make?

Reduce the number of similar stores which have subsets of the total content

How should it work?

When retrieving the list items for the store the users role can be used as part of the query.

Why is it needed?

The practice of multiple stores for different subsets of data would be stopped and we would have fewer stores/channels.
