Add support for right-to-left language editing in LocaleString attributes

Who would benefit?

Users editing LocaleString data for right-to-left languages (Arabic etc.)

What impact would it make?

This would enable these languages to be edited inside Enrich, rather than edited in another program and then cut/pasted into inriver

How should it work?

In LocaleString attributes, right-to-left languages should be right-justified and right-to-left editable.

Why is it needed?

Currently users editing right-to-left languages need to either do editing in another application (i.e. outside of inriver) and paste into inriver, or type/edit backwards which completely unreasonable.
