Blob metrics via API

When browsing your Metrics part of the ControlCenter, everything is shown as images only.

While this gives a nice human overview, it would be even nicer to be able to retrieve the same data via both Remoting and REST APIs.

This would enable more advanced monitoring of, say, storage space, giving integrators a way to proactively create support requests to ask inRiver to purge orphaned resource files.

It would also benefit other demographics unable to work with your image data as-is.
