Who would benefit? |
One of our customers would like to be able to archive entities in Inriver. For them it is required by law to save certain documents for 10 years, so they would like to keep them in Inriver but not have them visible together with active documents. |
What impact would it make? |
Customer that are required to keep older versions of entities saved and available when needed are able to do that within Inriver and do not have to use a separate system. |
How should it work? |
When right clicking on the three button menu for the entity in Includes/Included in there can be an option to select Archive |
Why is it needed? |
For law requirements to keep entities for a period |
