Similar to how Track changes works in the portal. When did X extension got updated/removed/added/disabled/enabled and by which user


Why is it needed?

No one can really know who changed what or when

Example case:
Customer reaches out saying X function doesn't work anymore. We check CC to troubleshoot and randomly sees that Y extension is disabled. No one knows why or when it got disabled. Instead of having to ask the whole team who did what, we could just see in a version history when it happened or by who.
