Add "Create new entity" and "Query editor" icons on the Dashboard of inriver

The "Create new entity" and "Query editor" icons are on available on the Dashboard of inriver. In this way the users first needs to go to 'Enrich' and then the two icons are available.

It can save one extra click (and the enrich screen to load) when these two icons become also available on the dashboard (like the "Quick Search" icon).
