Brand Store - Download: Add an option to only download the resource files without the data

How:

We would like a way to download only the resource files without also getting the data about the resources.

Why:

Sometimes it's only relevant to get access to the media resources and the data about the resources is not of interest. We would like an option to configure to only get the resources files in the zip-file when doing a download.

For Who:

Users with focus on downloading the resource files (digital assets).

Impact:

This would make the download smaller and faster since the generation of the data-file can be skipped.
