Add possibility to cancel a running syndication job in the syndication history screen.

How: add the same function "cancel" that shows in the jobmenu, to the syndication history screen

Why: I have hundreds of pages of jobhistory and browsing to page 173 to find the syndication job takes forever as there are search or filtering options in the jobmenu

For Who: syndication users

Impact: time-saver

Additional context: I know about the script to delete all completed jobs but I don't want to delete everything and maybe only older than a month so that script is nice but I'd rather have more options in the job menu UI to control navigation and/or what you want to mass-delete.
