Allow "system" transactions to he attributed to a named user

How: Be able to change the Context.Username so that new versions are tagged with that name

Why: As an extension processes and writes to fields the fields are tagged as being updated by "system". This is unhelpful when looking through field histories

For Who: Extension writers who write systems which update entities in response to user requests.

Impact: Clearly logging

Additional context: This is what happens through the REST API already i.e. the system updates the field at the request of the user who "Saved" on the UI.
