Formatting - Read only fields

How: in Detail View - further improve read-only formatting for CLV fields:

• Add similar border if field has data

• Make selected options in radio/selection buttons visible + add grey background

• Potentially add a read only icon behind all read only fields

Why: Now text is greyed out, which makes it hard to read. Already improvement with before.
